FOUNDER BIOGRAPHY

Laila Coslovi Longo is the founder and creative director of the brand Laila Coslovich. A visionary Sicilian entrepreneur, she is the guardian of an extraordinary family legacy, made of tailoring, technical precision, and a passion for excellence. Growing up in a family where the sartorial tradition of her maternal side combined with the technical discipline of her paternal side, she developed values, skills, and sensitivities that today guide every one of her creations. A graduate in Political Science from Bologna, she has always observed the world with curiosity and vision, recognizing life, work, and direct experience as her true school. From 2011 to 2023, she owned Le Chic Boutique, in the historic center of Taormina. In 2012, she was the first entrepreneur in Sicily to promote her outfits through social media and experiment with digital marketing strategies, anticipating the times and grasping the potential of social channels long before they became common tools in the fashion world.
Passionate about tennis, in 2014 she designed her first bespoke tennis dress, made by her grandmother Ida, desiring a garment that would express her personality even on the court and make her feel more feminine, original, and authentic. Without imagining it, that gesture would become the origin of a bigger dream. A few years later, the brand Laila Coslovich – Luxury Tennis Couture was born, with the aim of bringing Italian excellence to the world: unique, numbered, and authentic tennis dresses, expressing creativity, craftsmanship, sustainability, and timeless style. A pioneer of Tennis Chic style, her intent is to transform the tennis dress into a symbol of refinement, identity, and female strength. Her garments are exclusive and represent conscious luxury, designed for those seeking quality, craftsmanship, and uniqueness.

The brand's Founder also acts as a spokesperson for an inclusive message: she invites women to love themselves, accept themselves, and recognize their authenticity, reminding them that elegance and self-confidence have no age or standards imposed by social media or society. In addition to personally designing and sewing her dresses, she wears them in the photographs and videos she shares, showing herself authentically and naturally, even with her imperfections and scars. At over forty, she offers a concrete example of how it is possible to feel beautiful and self-confident, despite a world that often proposes unrealistic models of perfection. Guided by the values of sustainability, inclusivity, and elegance, she pursues the mission of spreading the excellence of Italian tailoring worldwide through her bespoke tennis dresses, transforming each creation into a symbol of art, technique, and authenticity. Her project is not just a brand: it is a vision, an invitation to women to live with style, strength, and awareness, a celebration of Italian craftsmanship and authentic beauty. With her story and her work, she represents a meeting point between tradition and innovation, roots and international vision, embodying the refinement of Taormina and the spirit of contemporary luxury.
Every day invested in this project is an act of love for herself, for her family, and for those who choose her.
